Skipping Class + The Social Network =

Equals to a relaxing day. :D

I'm so disappointed with myself for skipping college today, again. I've skipped 3 days last week and today for this week so that amounts to.. Skipping 4 days out of 8 days. Haha. Damn proud.

And so, I decided to watch The Social Network. Yes, yes I know, I'm outdated. But oh wells. At least I watched. Hehh.

And I have to say, the movie was quite nice actually, better than expected. And I didn't know Mark Zuckerberg was such an asshole.

I woke up late this morning, and now, I feel super sleepy again. I think, I'm turning into a pig. Hopefully not. :(

Black Swan

This movie, as everyone knows, is a big hit and everyone's rushing to watch it.

Plenty of my friends were telling me how disturbing and scary this movie is. I've also heard plenty of reviews about it.

But.. Honestly, I think it's a bit overrated.

I mean, yes it's scary. Yes it's disturbing. And I really think kids shouldn't watch it., but from what I've heard, I expected it to be super super super creepy and disturbing.

But I've gotta admit that this movie is pretty disturbing, in a way. But not AS disturbing as what was being portrayed from the others.

The movie's quite nice though. :)

Emotional books

I know I shouldn't read so many books that are sad and depressing. I tend to get really emo after that. But somehow, there are these invisible strings attaching me to those books that do not end in happy endings.

Tears will be shed. Tissues wasted. Emotions down.

Trying to cheer up. Cheerful again.

And thus, the cycle goes on.

Picture Perfect by Jodi Picoult is sort of like a psychological drama. It's about abuse and love. And doesn't end with the characters living happily ever after.

Whiny twerps

You know how some guys just don't know how to act like guys and they're constantly whiny and throwing a hissy fit? I HATE THOSE DUDES.

Eh, c'mon la. You're a freaking dude. Can't you just man up and be a guy instead of sulking around and mopping around like a PMS-ing missy and expect everyone to bloody comfort you and make sure that you stop sulking? Don't you just hate those dudes?

Skipping Classes

Seriously, I've been skipping classes like nobody's business lately. And guess what. I haven't even been to college since.. Saturday. And today's Wednesday. But I really hope they won't send me any letters or call up my parents. They did that to my friends :S

It feels super awesome in a way that I can just sleep in and laze about. The bad thing is, I feel super lost. Presentations start next week, and I have ABSOLUTELY no idea what to do for CTS, PR, and Business presentation.

Oh and btw, college feels superrr weird lately. Weird things have been happening. People have been acting weird. If I hadn't known it, I would've suspected some alien abducting thingy going on. Haha.

Oh oh oh I can't believe I didn't mention this. But.. I went to Amcorp Mall yesterday! Hehh I'm so so happy that I can finally get some new books to start reading. Might do some reviews after I'm done. But I'm super disappointed because apparently My Sister's Keeper was sold out. And I've been wanting to get it from THAT particular bookstore for ages.

Guess I'll have to go back again to hunt it down :)

Charity Talent Night 2011

Oh yes!

After MONTHS of hard work and little sleep, the event is finally over. Oh, thank goodness.

But it's just the beginning. All assignments and presentations lining up and coming right up. I can barely breathe. At least the event's over.

I am SO glad the event was a success. Everyone looked like they had a great time (hopefully). Haha but I've gotten many positive feedbacks so I'm just glad.

And congrats to the winners who walked away with cash prizes worth RM 1 500 in total! And Rosevelt's performances are awesome too :)

Just got home not long ago. And I'm getting really sick.

Ah, well. At last all this have taken a toll on me.

Gah!

I've been so busy, I barely have time to breathe. Hehh.

I don't think I am getting enough sleep. I literally look like a zombie. -.-

Anyways, event's coming up, gotta work extra harder. Assignments are all due and presentations for ALL my subjects are coming up soon. I have a freaking Video News Release to shoot and I have absolutely no idea what to do. Plus, CTS presentation is gonna be HARD.

To top it all, quizzes are coming right up! How soon. I haven't even taken a breather since midterms. And talking about midterms, I'm getting back my results one by one.

Ugh. Please second semester, please end soon so I can get back my life.

Avril Lavigne - Goodbye Lullaby

Her latest album - Goodbye Lullaby.

OMG I want it. Badly. In fact, I want ALL of her albums.

This album is different. Like what she said so herself, it's emotional and raw and it's different than what she had been doing all along.

In this album, she loses all her anger tone and it's more towards slow and melodious and sad tone.

I guess some won't like it but I think it's a beautiful album and I want it.

I've loved her since her first song "Complicated" and I'll continue loving her. :)

Beastly

OK. To tell you the truth, this movie was kind of a disappointment.

I've waited since last year for this movie but.. Well, I would say that I AM NUMBER FOUR was much better.

Beastly's kind of dry and slightly boring. It doesn't have any action or surprise or suspense in it, really. And the story is more like a modernized Beauty & The Beast story.

But Alex Pettyfer still looks good <3

And the other reason I looked forward to watching this movie was because of the actors/actresses that starred in it. Like Alex Pettyfer, Vanessa Hudgens, Mary-Kate Olsen, and Neil Patrick Harris (From HIMYM).

Too bad it's a little boring.

I should have listened to my instincts and watched Black Swan instead. Haha

Anyways, went to watch the movie today and let's just say it was better than what I expected. :)

It was quite exciting and surprising (jumped more than 5 times and.. Nvm. I don't wanna embarrass myself. Haha) and it was good.
