Drunk vs Tipsy

OK seriously. What's being drunk like? And tipsy?

Maybe I can say what's tipsy like. It's more like.. Feeling a lil high and a lil dizzy.

But drunk?? What does THAT feels like? Does it mean that you don't even know what you're doing? Does that mean you're gonna wake up forgetting things that you did?
