Summing up

Gosh, there's so much to write about and I don't know where to start. And u can't ecpect me to write out the whole details of my 12 days not in KL.

But to sum it up, it was a lot of things. Fun, crazy, tiring, disappoinment, happiness, frustration, unexpected surprises etc. This SUKMA was kind of like the end point for my swimming career - which is actually not that much of a career. So I was really pleased with my performances and improvements that I achieved.

All in all, it was a really awesome experience that not EVERYONE will ever, ever get. But it was crazy fun!!! Especially on the last day when we al went for that karaoke session at Dreambox.

Tioman was fun. The island's really, really pretty and Berjaya's really, really beautiful with vast lands but the only downside will be the stuff there are super expensive. But it was really, really fun.

Temporary Goodbye

So I have to say goodbye - temporarily - to everyone and all websites that I visit almost everyday for half a month. Not sure whether I'll get the chance to go online or not for the next two weeks.

We're leaving for Malacca tomorrow morning for SUKMA 2010. The competition's starting on Friday though, so we'll have plenty of chance to test the pool before that. The competition ends on Wednesday 16th and after that, we'll be heading off to Tioman on the 17th!!! Gosh, I can't wait. Then I'll be back on the 19th evening.

I'm seriously filled with anticipation - not for SUKMA but for the life I'll be leading after SUKMA. I don't really feel nervous for SUKMA though, even tho I'm not really prepared for it. But I am excited about my life after this competition. I've never done anything else apart from swimming in my life and it's all about to change and this is a huge change in my life. Like I said before, phase 2.

To me, SUKMA isn't everything in the world to me altho it is one of the major competition in the country. I've learned to see that there're still lots of other things in life that's waiting for me to enjoy so I guess that's why I'm not that nervous. I'll do my best but whatever it is, it is. SUKMA is just one of the many little stops that'll happen in my life so it's not like, my ultimate goal.

But whatever it is, I will do my best. So cross your fingers and wish me luck peeps. Cya soon. =)

Shit, I didn't know Aaron Johnson's THAT cute. (The main character in Kick-Ass). He's super hot too.

Gleek

I would never dreamt or wanted or have that desire to call myself a Gleek, cuz I'm not. And I'm still not. But that status MIGHT experience a slight change after watching a few episodes from Glee Season 1 Part 2. I've never been a big fan of the series. To me, it was kinda boring. The storyline, I mean. It's not VERY interesting but I watched the series anyway because I like how the cast sing. Some of their songs from Part 1 are pretty good if you ask me, like the mash up of It's My Life and Confessions, Saying a Little Prayer for You, Cry and a few more. So the story was kinda OK and I wasn't really rushing to watch Part 2.

And then I started watching Part 2. And I fell in love with them. Part 2 has really, really amazing songs!! A lot of the songs are fantastic too. It introduced me to old songs that I've never even heard of before and I fell in love straight with the songs in Part 2. The storyline's better too - far more interesting than Part 1. And there are some really funny parts like the one in the Madonna episode.

Here are several songs in Part 2 of Glee that captured my heart - Hello (by Rachel [Lea Michelle] and Jesse [Jonathan Groff]), Total Eclipse of The Heart (by Rachel, Finn, Puck and Jesse), Alone (by April and Will), House is Not A Home (by Kurt), Like a Prayer (by the Glee cast) and One Less Bell to Anser/House is Not A Home (by April and Will).

And I'm listening to these songs right now as I type =)

I just love this particular scene and convo in Kick-Ass.

You know how normally when you're joking around or pulling someone's leg you'll be like,"I was just joking, man." or, "That was a joke." or, "I was only pulling your leg, dude.". And if you pull a prank on your dad, like pulled his leg or smth and when he got stunned, you'll go, "I was just joking, dad." Rite???

Not in Kick-Ass. See, this particular little gitl, Hit Girl was pulling her dad's leg and seeing the stunned+speechless look on her dad's face, she laughed and said :" I was just fucking with you, daddy." And her father laughed with a look of relief.

You try saying that to ur dad. When ur joking, tell him you're just fucking with him. Haha I don't think your dad will look relief and laugh along with you tho. You think?? XP Oh, I just love her.

Whooshing past

It's kinda hard to wrap my head around things at the moment. Seems like everything's flying past me so fast!

Gosh, can you imagine that my swimming career of almost 9 years is gonna end within 2 weeks time? Just 2 weeks. I'm so excited for a new phase of my life to begin - one without training 24/7. I feel genuinely excited for myself to be able to have a new start and start doing things that I really enjoy.

And I can't believe SUKMA's like, 1 week away. I'm so not prepared for it. But I vow to just do my best and enjoy the whole experience, no matter the outcome. And after SUKMA, the trip to Tioman, which I also anticipate. We're gonna barbeque and consume lotsa alcohol ppl!! I can't wait.

And then, I'll turn legal for clubbings and stuff. And by the time I'm legal, I don't have to worry about training and swimming and anything like that anymore. I'll just enjoy all the time that I have. Toodles =)

Kick-Ass

Before you read on, I must let you know this particular post will be filled with mind-blowing vulgar words - as influenced by Kick-Ass. So if you hate people who uses really strong words, it would be best to stop reading this post.

I've warned ya.

This movie is fuckin' awesome. But it's really R-rated. It's frickin' violent, gruesome and young kids should NEVER ever watch this movie. All the kids in the movie swears a lot and uses weapons and stuff to kill people.

Bloody hell. I'm in love with Hit Girl - not in the lesbian way. She looks so small! And she swears alot and she's damn violent. I'm telling you, if only I could be like her. Ha! I wish.

But the storyline's good. Quite touching and it's really gripping. Filled with suspense as well but throughout the movie, you'll be shaking your head and wondering how on earth did the actors' parents allow them to participate in such a movie.

Holy shit. But the story's real good and I'mma watch it again soon. =) Fuck.

Beastly

Beastly is a new movie that I can't wait to watch!!!!!

The date of release is still unknown.

The story is more like a modern teen version of Beauty and the Beast. Kyle Kingson (Alex Pettyfer - Ohmigod I'm telling ya, he's frigging gorgeous!! An actor and a model for Burberry. And he's 20 years old) has it all - looks, intelligence, wealth and opportunity and a wicked cruel streak. He likes to humiliate unattractive classmates and he zeroes in on Goth classmate, Kendra Hilferty (Mary Kate Olsen). He blows her off savagely and Kendra retaliates by casting a spell on him that physically transforms him into everything he despises.

Okay, and I'm getting lazy to type out the synopsis but I don't wanna be the spoiler anyways. XD But I simply can't wait!! Starring Vanessa Hudgens, Lisa Gay Hamilton and Neil Patrick Harris, I really hope this movie will be nice.

Gosh Alex Pettyfer!!! He really is hot. Like HOT hot. I wonder what'll he think if he googles his own name and found my post. I'm no stalker! LOL
